STATEMENT

Decroff Storage Units wants this website to work for everybody who needs to find a storage unit, however they browse.

What was done

• Every photograph carries a written description.
• Text and background colors were measured against each other so the contrast holds up, including on the dark bands.
• Everything can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and the focus outline is always visible.
• Headings run in order, and there is a skip link to the main content.
• The layout works down to a 375 pixel phone screen with no sideways scrolling.
• Animation is switched off for anyone whose device asks for reduced motion.

Where it falls short

The map on the contact page is supplied by Google and we do not control how it behaves. The street address and the phone number are written out beside it so nobody has to use the map to get the information.
