Ten feet by twenty feet is about the footprint of a one-car garage. People put a household of furniture in one, or a workshop, or the contents of a trailer they are done towing.
Ten by twenty-five adds five feet of depth for the things that never fit — the ladders, the long lumber, the bed frame standing on end. Twelve by twenty-five is wider as well as deeper, so two rows fit side by side with a walkway left down the middle.
Every door is a roll-up on the lane side, so you back up to it and load straight in. Nothing to carry up a flight of stairs and no hallway to drag a couch down.

- Come and go on your own schedule Once you rent, your unit is accessible 4 AM - 10 PM, 365 days a year.
