Do you have a unit open right now?
That changes week to week. There are stretches when every unit is rented. Call or text (775) 727-1817 and you will get today's answer.
What size units do you rent?
Three sizes: 10 x 20, 10 x 25 and 12 x 25, each with a roll-up door onto the drive lane.
When can I call or text?
8 AM - 7 PM, seven days a week. The office is not staffed every hour of the day, so call or text before you drive out.
When can I get to my unit?
Customer unit access is 4 AM - 10 PM, 365 days a year — every day of the year, holidays included.
Are there cameras?
Yes. There are cameras on the property and a monitor in the office. The Security page has a photograph of the actual screen.
Who am I dealing with?
The family that owns the yard. Mike DeCroff owns Decroff Storage Units and runs it himself.
